Though it's been such a long time, the story escapes me - perhaps it's high time I rediscovered it. Thanks for reminding me of its existence.<br /><br />I've just picked up The Distant Hours by Kate Morton from the supermarket. I enjoyed her other two books, so thought I'd give this one a go.
