Inspiring Words 3

The world is but a canvas to the imagination.
Henry David Thoreau
~~~~~
All children are artists. The problem is how to remain an artist once he grows up.
Pablo Picasso
~~~~~
“The principle goal of education is to create men who are capable of doing new things, not simply of repeating what other generations have done - men who are creative, inventive and discoverers”
Jean Piaget

I love the last quote. If we could only succeed in this...

I have no words for 'creativity', really;

I just can't imagine life without it!

There's one thing I can tell you, though;

I wish I were more creative with words!

Great word, Yiota ! I also like the second quote and I full agree with it. When my daughter started studying kindergarden, she had her first 3 years at school by Piaget's methodology and now she is in the 3rd grade and studying at another school (as we've moved 3 years ago to another city) but this beginning made a huge difference :)

And I must confess, as a teacher , I always add a pinch of Piaget in my classes, no matter how old my students are ! It always work !

Have a crative day, dear friend :)

P.S: Thank you so much for your kindness to me :) When your parcel gets here, I'm sure it will be full of noble feelings. God bless you :)

A great choice again Yiota! It is so important to be a creative thinker to be able to see the possibilities in things, not just the impossibilities. Lovely post again!

I like Picasso's view. It's so sad when little children grow up and start to analyse their creative work and then decide they're 'no good'.

The creative is the place where no one else has ever been. You have to leave the city of your comfort and go into the wilderness of your intuition. What you'll discover will be wonderful. What you'll discover is yourself. ~ Alan Alda
