"These look delicious; I like savoury treats and these sound perfect. One problem though: no tapioca flour here; any alternatives?"
Hi, Yiota :) Unfortunatly, there isn't another alternative for tapioca flour :( This ingredient is what makes this recipe typically Brazilian and with a unique flavour, as we use tapioca flour in many recipes because the native heritage. But I think you can find it at international groceries. Once, when I was living in Europe, I found this ingredient at a grocery like that.
Your colourful flowers remind me that Spring is around the corner, Yippee! Lovely photographs. I have enjoyed the holidays thank you, although I have been very busy with homework and studying and unfortunately also a virus! Lucy xxx
Yiota, I love how you captured the gradual bloom until the hyacinths were in all their glory. And the beauty of the flowers as they went from tight bud to full bloom. Seriously beautiful and a breathe of spring!! xo
