so far today

Can you see how fresh the plants at the entrance to our block of flats look?

Can you see how grey and dark the morning is?

Yeap! We got rain! Lots of it. It started last night and kept raining until about midday today.
So refreshing!

What can a woman do when it's all fresh and cool outside?
Well, have coffee at the balcony, of course, enjoying some 'hooky' time.
Bliss!

And what can a mommy feed her little man, other than  warm, thick bean soup, loaded with
chopped veggies?
(have you spotted the sun-dried tomatoes my dad's made and the yellow carrot?)

Yesterday turned out to be a good day, after all. I suddenly felt on top of things after having shared my miseries here and managed to do quite a lot of housework.
And now, my son's waiting for me in his room to de-clutter his book cupboards.
We need to make space for his school books.

Have a good day!

Glad you are feeling so positive. I don't think I have ever seen a yellow carrot - how lovely and it will add to the colours in your lovely soup. Your crochet looks really pretty too. Enjoy the remainder of your day.

Homemade sun-dried tomatoes. How do you make them? My family loves them but because here they are imported, they cost a bomb.

Glad you had a good day - there really is nothing like a good rain shower sometimes to lighten the air and freshen the mood!

Thick bean soup sounds delicious too - yummy.

The air smells so good after rain. Seeing your crochet is tempting me to start some:-)

I don't like rain
we get too much of it here!

I love your crochet,
it is amazing.

I don't think I would ever be able to do it = wish I were more talented.
It looks fantastic.

Good luck to your little man for Monday.
