Waiting for the fish to bite or waiting for wind to fly a kite. Or waiting around for Friday night or waiting perhaps for their Uncle Jake or a pot to boil or a better break or a string of pearls or a pair of pants or a wig with curls or another chance. Everyone is just waiting.
~Dr. Seuss

Why always "not yet"? Do flowers in spring say "not yet"?

Hello Yiota, Hope you are keeping well
I think that now is the only time to do things as who knows what tomorrow will bring? I like your post!

Very cheering post - the colours so delicate and pleasing.

Lovely photos Yiota. We do seem to spend our lives waiting for something instead of getting on with Now! Do you knit as if so I can let you have the pattern for the mitts - I'd offer to make you a pair but must finish my quilt first!

Sigh, I can't wait to see our spring flowers coming out - your pictures capture so much of what I like about them.
